Refund Policy
Last updated November 1, 2026
Every workspace can try Salescom free before paying. This policy explains when we refund a payment and how to ask for one. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
Every new workspace gets a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund. If you don't choose a plan, you are never charged.
2. Your first payment: 14-day refund
If Salescom isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first plan payment and we refund that payment in full, whether monthly or yearly. Your plan ends when the refund is made.
Renewals and later plan payments are not refunded. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You are not charged again after you cancel.
3. Plan changes and extra chats
- When you upgrade, your new plan and its full chat allowance start that day, and your renewal date moves to one month (or one year) from then. The unused part of your old plan comes off your first payment on the new plan.
- When you downgrade, the lower price starts at your next billing date. The current period is not refunded.
- Extra chat packs are not refunded. Unused extra chats carry over from month to month and expire a year after purchase.
4. Billing mistakes and outages
We always refund a payment if:
- You were charged twice for the same thing.
- You were charged after you cancelled.
If Salescom is down for a long time because of a problem on our side, message us and we'll look at a credit for the time affected.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email support@salescom.app or use the chat button on this website with your workspace name and the payment date. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all payments, so refunds are issued by Paddle; you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
