Use Salescom on your phone
Reply to customers from your phone's browser, and add Salescom to your home screen.
In Salescom: Your phone's browser
Salescom works in your phone's browser. Open your Salescom address and sign in with the same email you use on your computer.
Add it to your home screen
So it opens like an app, without the browser bar:
- Android (Chrome): open the ⋮ menu and press Add to Home screen or Install app.
- iPhone (Safari): press the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
Good to know
- Everything you set up on your computer, like inboxes, Rachel and the catalog, works the same on your phone.
- Choose the alerts you get in Profile settings. Email alerts reach you even when Salescom isn't open. See Notifications.
